Just like the change from winter to spring, when the cool air suddenly becomes warm, and we crave the chance to do something new or better for ourselves, that same feeling returns in the fall.
September brings out the same sense of renewal as April – with the cooler air, shorter days, crisp patio evenings, and a moment to focus on self-care. It's a time to reflect on how we appreciate what surrounds us, while also considering what we want for ourselves as a new season begins.
As the sun starts to set earlier by the day, it's a moment to begin thinking about wellness as the new season approaches. Often times, we start researching new meditations, diets, dinner recipes, workouts, and even home décor. For many, one common choice for refreshing personal wellness, is a juice cleanse.
