Okay, by this time, we are hoping you'd be summing up the day and possibly on your way home- why you ask? Remember when I mentioned nobody wants to talk about ... poop. About 12% of clients have mentioned they had the urge to use the restroom, and some people can naturally be sensitive to beets. That's because beets have benefits for our digestive tract, in fact, we purposely place this juice towards the end of day as the metabolism starts to slow the body has more time to utilize the rich minerals found in this root vegetable.

6
Activated Lemon
Last, but certainly not least, the day concludes with a juice to help capture any micro-toxins that are lingering around. With the addition of activated carbon, it acts as a magnet to free radicals and allow the body to pass them naturally. Also important to note, activated carbon will offset medications, if you take medications that are vital for your health please communicate with us and we can help guide in a healthy direction.
Finish this juice around 6pm.
